CASBS Linguist on “The Language of Food”

Professor and Chair of Linguistics at Stanford University, Dan Jurafsky, is receiving media attention following the release of the book he worked on as a CASBS Fellow (2012-13).

“The Language of Food” was the subject of an article in The New York Times Dining and Wine section.
