Trends in Higher Education and the Increasing Importance of Innovation in Pedagogy for a New Moral Political Economy

Observational data make clear that post-secondary education has evolved dramatically since the mid-20th century, and these changes have made innovation on the part of academic institutions more important than ever if they hope to create students capable of thinking creatively about moral political economy.

Academic institutions have, according to many, played a large role in engendering novel moral political economies, and – in the future – this role must be handled intentionally and responsibly.
