Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar to Lead CASBS

Announcement

The former California Supreme Court justice and current president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace will return in July as CASBS director. Cuéllar previously chaired the CASBS board of directors from 2016-21.

New Fellowship Partnership

Announcement

Linköping University will support one fellow per year at CASBS starting with the 2026-27 academic year. The agreement deepens the Center's global outreach efforts facilitating an annual influx of international talent.
